What sets Bali Blue Moon apart is its distinctive combination of characteristics. It shares similarities with other Indonesian coffees like Sumatra and Sulawesi but is celebrated for its smoother profile, with less of the peaty earthiness or swampy fruitiness often associated with its counterparts. Instead, it offers a sweeter cup, with notes of malt and chocolate, accompanied by a touch of traditional earthiness characteristic of Indonesian beans.
